How do I get my free lesson?
Book an Online Lesson under the pricing and packages section and use promo code: FIRSTLESSONFREE.
How do I cancel/change my lesson time?
Simple. Email alwaysadvancetutoring@gmail.com and state the relevant details. Lessons can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the start time.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations before 24 hours of the lesson taking place will incur no fee and you will receive a full refund. After this time, no refunds are available for cancellations. Do I need to prepare for my first lesson?
We do not require any preparation by parents or students prior to the lesson, however, we do recommend having a rough idea of some topics/skills to address.
Do students get the same tutor each time?
Yes. We do our best to maintain the continuity between lessons and this means having the same tutor for each lesson. Only in particular circumstances will the tutor change.
Can I change my tutor?
Absolutely. We understand that the right fit will not always happen straight away. Upon ordering your next lesson, make a request for a tutor change and we will organise somebody new.
