We are a small, NZ-based tutoring company comprised of university students and graduates. We know the common struggles students face during their time at school - especially those related to NCEA. But most importantly, we understand how to avoid common mistakes, achieve at a high level and exceed the requirements for various qualifications.  By choosing us, you are putting your faith in local, experienced and professional people who only want the best for your child. 

When

Always Advance tutoring began at the beginning of 2025. The founders had all been a part of the tutoring industry for several years with the likes of MyTuition, Cluey Learning, Success Tutoring and Superprof. We have pooled our knowledge and experience from these great companies to form a tutoring service made from their best aspects. We know we are young, but this makes us more relatable, more approachable and more experienced in the current educational climate. 

Why 

We began because we believe that learning happens in a comfortable environment. Other tutoring services provide less personal connections between the student and the tutor - this is not us. Our students can have honest conversations with their tutors and they are not afraid to ask questions or make mistakes. We provide the best learning environment around - progression is guaranteed.  

How

In this comfortable environment, students will share their weaknesses, their struggles and areas of improvement. From here, we will assess the students strengths and build from here. We want to expand your child's confidence, this starts by showing them their strengths and empowering them to make incremental progressions to achieve a more complete understanding of a topic. We pride ourselves in being educational inspirations; our impact will be felt beyond our lessons.
